Santiago Bernaola, Bruno Bertolio y V\u00edctor Rivero fueron detenidos en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda y luego \u00a0condenados en juicio abreviado.\u00a0Algunos de los indagados expusieron que parte de los desv\u00edos iban al SUNCA y al PU y que algunos dirigentes sab\u00edan.<\/p>\n<p>Frente a esto el PCU repudi\u00f3 <em>\u201c<\/em><em>la utilizaci\u00f3n de recursos de los\u00a0trabajadores\u00a0de la construcci\u00f3n para fines espurios y beneficio personal, lo que constituye una\u00a0grave afrenta\u00a0a los intereses y tradiciones del movimiento obrero\u201d. <\/em>Adem\u00e1s, respald\u00f3 a los dirigentes \u00d3scar Andrade,\u00a0Laura Alberti\u00a0y Daniel Diverio. Los legisladores, Andrade y Diverio, presentaron un escrito poni\u00e9ndose a disposici\u00f3n para declarar como testigos en la investigaci\u00f3n en curso.
