El mismo, perge\u00f1ado entre las gestiones anteriores en lo departamental y nacional integra actividades, poblaciones y densifica ciudad, se\u00f1alando una nueva forma de construir comunidad. Ocho cooperativas, tres sindicales, cuatro de FUCVAM y una de FECOVI dan soluci\u00f3n habitacional a 300 familias. De dicha cantidad, tres est\u00e1n habitadas (Coviappay, Cosinpay y Covilan 50), dos est\u00e1n en obra (Coovije 2017 y Coviapp) una escritur\u00f3 el mes pasado (Covigresa) y las restantes (Cosintex y Covimupay) lo har\u00e1n en agosto. Son todos edificios.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, una ciudad en la ciudad, con conexi\u00f3n con la misma tiene como marco un decreto de la Junta Departamental al cual la Intendencia no le pone mucho calor.
